Founding Story
BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE
Supervision USA wasn't born in a boardroom; it was born from a shared necessity for safety, dignity, and truth. Our founders are each survivors of domestic abuse and high-conflict family dynamics.
Having navigated the "nightmare" of broken systems firsthand, they realized that the only way to truly protect children and victims was to build a platform that removes human bias and replaces it with unshakeable technology and radical empathy.
Tina is dedicated to creating the transparency and integrity required to move families from crisis to stability. Ariana is focused on the child’s perspective, ensuring that the next generation is shielded from the trauma of conflict. While Apurva is driven by the mission to ensure no parent has to choose between their safety and their child’s well-being.
We don't just understand the system — we’ve lived it. That is why we are building a new standard that is higher, safer, and more human.
Public Benefit Company
PURPOSE OVER PROFIT
We solve the fragmentation of the supervision industry through technology and standardized ethics.
The Manifesto: We believe the child is the only client; that neutrality is absolute; and that technology should be a shield, not a weapon.
Principals & Board: Our strategic leadership team and our board members have extensive experience with Family Law, Technology, and Child Advocacy.
The Justice Fund: We reinvest a portion of every fee into pro-bono services. A 1% "Public Benefit Fee" on all transactions is reinvested for indigent families.
We solve the fragmentation of the supervision industry through technology and standardized ethics.
Letter from our Founders
TO THE FAMILIES, PARENTS, ATTORNEYS, SUPERVISORS, AND ADVOCATES THAT WE SERVE:
We didn’t start Supervision USA because we wanted to enter the tech industry. We started it because we had no other choice.
Our founding team is composed of three individuals who have lived the nightmare of domestic abuse. We have sat in the courtrooms, we have felt the fear of a "neutral" exchange that felt anything but safe, and we have seen the confusion in a child’s eyes when a system meant to protect them fails to do so. We know what it is like to be a statistic.
But we also know what it is like to survive.
Supervision USA was born from the realization that human oversight—while essential—is often not enough to stop the subtle, psychological tactics of high-conflict personalities. We realized that for supervision to be truly safe, it must be objective, consistent, and powered by technology that doesn't get tired, doesn't take sides, and doesn't blink.
We have built this platform on a "Standard of Integrity" that is personal to us. When we speak about "Zero-Contact" exchanges, we aren't talking about a feature; we are talking about a lifeline. When we talk about our AI-moderated "Super" bot, we are talking about a shield that prevents a child from witnessing another argument.
We are a Public Benefit Corporation. This means our primary "shareholder" is the child. Our lived experience has taught us that safety is a human right, not a luxury. We are committed to ensuring that every family in transition—regardless of their financial status—has access to a process that is transparent, neutral, and above all, safe.
We’ve lived the nightmare. Now, we are building the solution.
With Resolve and Empathy,
The Founders of Supervision USA
Leadership
TINA : HEAD OF OPERATIONS
With a deep personal understanding of the systemic failures that often plague domestic violence survivors, Tina oversees the day-to-day execution of the Supervision ecosystem. Her focus is on the "Safe-Start" infrastructure—ensuring that intake, geofencing, and staggered arrivals function with zero margin for error. Tina’s lived experience navigating complex family systems drives her obsession with operational integrity; she builds the processes she once needed, ensuring that every family transition is handled with the precision, dignity, and security that she fought to find in her own journey. Her approach blends firsthand insight with rigorous compliance, creating systems that prioritize child safety, neutrality, and accountability at every stage of supervised visitation.
ARIANA : HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY
Ariana represents the voice of the next generation. Having grown up in the shadow of an abusive maternal dynamic, she brings a unique, child-centric lens to the platform’s development. As Head of Technology, she led the creation of "Super"—the AI-moderated bot designed to eliminate high-conflict communication. Ariana’s mission is to use technology to disrupt the cycle of trauma, creating "digital safe spaces" where children can interact with their parents without being caught in the crossfire of adult conflict.
APURVA : PRESIDENT AND CEO
Apurva is the visionary architect behind the "SuperVision USA" platform and standard. Having personally navigated the complexities of an abusive marriage and the legal hurdles that followed, he recognized a critical void in the supervised visitation industry: a lack of objective, technology-driven safety protocols. As CEO, Apurva bridges the gap between legal compliance and human protection. His leadership is defined by a commitment to "Purpose Over Profit," ensuring that Supervision USA serves as a shield for the vulnerable while maintaining the absolute neutrality required by the courts. Apurva has a Masters Degree in Engineering from Stanford University and two decades of experience in Silicon Valley at Fortune100, large, mid, and early stage companies
