Supervision USA is a California Public Benefit Corporation. That's a legal structure — but for us, it's a promise: purpose over profit, neutrality without exception, and safety that doesn't depend on what a family can pay.

Founding story

Built from experience.

Supervision USA wasn't born in a boardroom; it was born from a shared necessity for safety, dignity, and truth. Our founders are each survivors of domestic abuse and high-conflict family dynamics.

Having navigated the "nightmare" of broken systems firsthand, they realized that the only way to truly protect children and victims was to build a platform that removes human bias and replaces it with unshakeable technology and radical empathy.

We are dedicated to creating the transparency and integrity required to move families from crisis to stability. We are laser focused on the child's perspective, ensuring that the next generation is shielded from the trauma of conflict. We are driven by the mission to ensure no parent has to choose between their safety and their child's well-being.

We don't just understand the system — we've lived it. That is why we are building a new standard that is higher, safer, and more human.

To the families, parents, attorneys, supervisors, and advocates that we serve:

We didn't start Supervision USA because we wanted to enter the tech industry. We started it because we had no other choice.

Our founding team is composed of three individuals who have lived the nightmare of domestic abuse. We have sat in the courtrooms, we have felt the fear of a "neutral" exchange that felt anything but safe, and we have seen the confusion in a child's eyes when a system meant to protect them fails to do so. We know what it is like to be a statistic.

But we also know what it is like to survive.

Supervision USA was born from the realization that human oversight—while essential—is often not enough to stop the subtle, psychological tactics of high-conflict personalities. We realized that for supervision to be truly safe, it must be objective, consistent, and powered by technology that doesn't get tired, doesn't take sides, and doesn't blink.

We have built this platform on a "Standard of Integrity" that is personal to us. When we speak about "Zero-Contact" exchanges, we aren't talking about a feature; we are talking about a lifeline. When we talk about our AI-moderated "Super" bot, we are talking about a shield that prevents a child from witnessing another argument.

We are a Public Benefit Corporation. This means our primary "shareholder" is the child. Our lived experience has taught us that safety is a human right, not a luxury. We are committed to ensuring that every family in transition—regardless of their financial status—has access to a process that is transparent, neutral, and above all, safe.

Why our structure matters

Our primary "shareholder" is the child.

Supervision USA is a California Public Benefit Corporation. Most supervising agencies are traditional for-profit LLCs or S-Corps, accountable only to their owners. A PBC is different: our charter legally binds us to a public mission — child safety and neutral, transparent supervision — alongside any financial interest.

For courts and attorneys, that distinction is practical, not cosmetic. It means our incentives are aligned with the child's well-being by law, our neutrality is a charter obligation rather than a marketing claim, and our commitments — like the Justice Fund — are enforceable parts of who we are.

We don't advocate. We protect.

Neutrality is absolute. Our supervisors are silent observers dedicated to objective fact-reporting — for either parent's lawyer, for the court, for the record. Technology should protect information, never weaponize it. That principle is written into how every feature works.

The Justice Fund

Through the Justice Fund, we provide pro-bono supervision for indigent families. A parent's income should never decide whether their child's visits are safe — or whether they happen at all.
